Need to double-check? You can always verify with their confirmation code on the Manage Line Numbers page.
Can I add my regulars?
Yes, you can easily add people manually with as much or as little information as you have:
- Open Line Management for the correct day
- Click Add
- Enter their details (email, first name, last name – whatever you have)
This gives you flexibility while keeping everyone in the system.
What if someone shows up without signing up?
It’s your call. You can:
- Manually add them to the list
- Ask them to sign up online (if Line Management is still open)
You set the tone for how your line is managed.
Can I message shoppers through Line Management?
Not at this time. Direct communication isn’t built into the feature yet, but we’re actively exploring enhancements.
How do I check in shoppers?
On the Manage Line Numbers page:
- Tap the box next to their number to mark them as present
- Add their +1 if needed
- Skip anyone who hasn’t arrived yet and return to them later
Protip: Regular check-ins keep your foot traffic stats accurate and help inform future sales.
What if a shopper doesn't show up?
You’re empowered to move on to the next person. Shoppers are told to be ready at sale start time, so don’t hesitate to keep things flowing. Late arrivals can be added later, no problem.
Can I limit the number of line numbers available?
Not directly, but you can:
- Set a close time for reservations
- Manually close Line Management once you’ve reached your desired cap

Protip: Use your Sale Description & Details to explain how you’ll manage entry (e.g., letting the first 30 in at once, staggering entry, etc.).

Yes! You can go back into your sale settings and adjust the open/close times at any time.
Can I manually sort or prioritize the list?
Signups are handled first-come, first-served to keep things fair. But you can always:
- Add shoppers manually
- Check off or skip people as needed
Do shoppers know when to show up?
Yes. Shoppers are told to arrive when the sale begins and can view the last number called. Still, it’s important to include clear arrival instructions in your Sale Description & Details to set expectations.
Protip: Use the Check In page as people enter so others can monitor progress.
What happens if I change my sale dates?
Changing dates in your seller account will trigger a warning if Line Management is on. That’s because changing dates will delete existing signups—so proceed with caution!
Can I delete shopper signups?
Yes, but it’s permanent. Shoppers won’t be notified, but their listing will show a message that their signup was removed. To avoid deleting, you can simply toggle Line Management Off for that day instead.
