Whether it’s a picture of the home itself, a highly sought collectible, or a high-end item, choose the right feature photo to tell the story. Make sure all your photos are clear with good lighting and taken with a quality camera or phone. Never list a sale without photos, even if you intend to add more to your listing later.
Take time to write a titillating title!
The sale title is a great way to draw attention across all marketing channels. Mention high-ticket items, categories, brands, desired neighborhoods, or just be creative.
