This article provides an overview of the EstateSales.NET app for iOS users.
Our app requires iOS 17.0 or later. You can download the latest version of the app here:
Please note: The app currently allows users to view sales only. Account maintenance and sale listings must be managed via the website.
Navigating the App
When opening the app on an iPhone, sales will be displayed in either Map View or List View, depending on the last-used setting.
Map View
Sales are represented by map pins with the following legend:
- Green: Favorited sale
- Blue: Sale happening today
- Red: Sale happening tomorrow
- Grey: Future sale
Selecting a pin on the map provides more details about that specific sale.
List View
In the list view, each sale entry includes:
- Sale title
- Hosting company or indication of a privately listed sale
- Sale dates and times
- Sale address (if public) or city location (if private)
- Distance from the search location
- Sale type icon (e.g., tag sale, auction). A highlighted icon indicates a featured sale.
Sale Details
Selecting a sale from either Map View or List View will display:
- Sale title
- Sale type (e.g., estate sale, auction)
- Sale dates and times
- Sale address (public sales) or city/state (private sales). Clicking the right-hand arrow opens the location in a map.
- Description, terms, and directions, accessible by selecting the respective section
- Hosting company/person details, including any provided contact information
- Options to add notes or "favorite" the sale, which adds it to the Favs tab
- Uploaded sale images
Additional Features
Navigation Tabs
At the top of the screen, users will find tabs to filter sales:
- Favs (favorited sales, heart icon)
- Today (sales happening today)
- Tomorrow (sales happening tomorrow)
- 7 DAYS (upcoming sales within a set time frame, based on settings)
A search box at the top allows users to find specific sales by searching for:
- Items listed in a sale
- Sale titles
- Company names
Account Button
Located at the bottom of the screen, the Account button provides sorting options:
- My Location (requires location services to be enabled)
- Postal Code (enter a specific zip code)
- Distance Filter (up to 100 miles)
- Future Sales Filter (up to 14 days in advance)
Users can also sign in via the Account page to sync favorited sales with their account. (This feature is available only on iOS.)

Users can toggle specific sale types (14 options available) to refine their search results.

General Settings
- About: Access app version details, Terms of Use, and Privacy Policy
- Feedback: Submit feedback about the app
- Feature Requests: Suggest improvements for future updates
