Track a New Treasure Page
On this page, you can enter a search term and adjust your Treasure Tracker notification settings:
- Log into your EstateSales.NET account.
- Click Treasure Tracker, located on the menu on the left side of the screen (Please note that on a mobile device, this menu is located in the top right corner of the screen).
- Click New Saved Search to add search terms.
- Adjust Filters and click Add Saved Search.

When clicking New Saved Search, a pop-out will appear where you will see two tabs, General and Filters.
Adding a Save from the Search Bar
You can add a saved search when searching for items directly. After searching for an item, click Save Search. This will add it to your Treasure Tracker.
Tips for Entering Search Terms
These special characters allow for custom searching:
- + Signifies AND operation
- | Signifies OR operation
- - Negates a single word
- "" Wraps a number of words to signify a phrase for searching
- * At the end of a word signifies a prefix query
- ( ) Signify precedence
- ~N After a word signifies fuzziness and after a phrase signifies slop amount
Words That Can't Be Saved
These words can't be used for Treasure Tracker as they are too common:
- "all"
- “auctions”
- “antique”
- “antiques”
- “estate”
- “estatesale”
- “estatesales”
- “online”
- “onlineauction”
- “onlineauctions”
- “sale”
- “sales”
- “vintage”
