Gold companies are notified about leads first. When a lead is approved it is sent out within 15 minutes and is sent to all Gold companies at the same time. If there aren't any Gold companies in the area, the lead is sent to Silver companies. If there aren't any Silver companies, Bronze companies will be contacted next.
Note: 1 day later = the next day at 8:00 am. Ex. Lead approved and sent out to Gold sellers at 2 pm on 03/15/2025. Silver companies will receive that lead at 8:00 am on 03/16/2025.
- If there are less than 5 Gold companies notified, then Silver gets notified 1 day later.
- If there are less than 10 Gold companies notified, then Silver gets notified 2 days later.
- If there are less than 20 Gold companies notified, then Silver gets notified 4 days later.
- If there are 20+ Gold companies notified and the client still hasn't selected a company, Silver gets notified 7 days later.
- If there are LESS than 10 Gold and Silver companies notified, then Bronze gets notified 10 days after initial submission.
- If there are MORE than 10 Gold and Silver companies notified, then Bronze does not get notified.
