If a bid is made in error, for whatever reason, EstateSales.NET will refer to the Terms & Policies set by the item's seller. Terms & Policies for an item can be found on the item's page, directly below Payment Methods.
A buyer can reach out to a seller about a bid using:
The Message Seller feature on the item's page.
Message Seller is located beneath the Terms & Policies. Email replies from the seller will be directed to the email associated with the buyer's account.
The contact information provided by the seller.
Sellers may choose to display other public contact information on the item's page.
