We respect and support each seller's cancellation and return policies. As a seller, you have the flexibility to establish your own rules regarding cancellations and returns, which will be upheld for all your sales on our platform.
How to Cancel an Order
Orders can only be canceled if the funds have not yet been dispersed. If the money has already been dispersed, issuing a refund may be more appropriate. Both cancellations and refunds can be managed from the View Orders page in your account.
To cancel an order, follow these steps:
- From your Account Home page, select View Orders.
- Locate the order you wish to cancel.
- Click the three dots in the bottom right corner of the order and select Cancel Order.
A pop-up will appear offering you the option to refund or release the funds, or to capture them. Please note, however, that if there is a preauthorization failure, we cannot guarantee the availability of the funds, even if the capture option is selected.
