As independent entities, Marketplace sellers determine their own refund policies. If a buyer reaches out to EstateSales.NET and requests a refund for a Marketplace item, the buyer will be instructed to reach out directly to the seller.
How to Refund an Item
- Search the item in View Orders: From your Account Home page, click on View Orders and search by the item or buyer name, order id, pickup code or tracking number.
- Click Refund Order on the More Menu: The more menu is located in the lower right-hand corner of the item card.
- Enter refund information: Choose between a full or partial refund, the refund amount, and leave notes for yourself or send a message to the buyer.
- Click Refund Order.
