After you've chosen a company to assist with your sale, it's important to close your sale request to finalize the process. There are two ways to close your sale request:
Option 1: Close the Sale Request Yourself
You can manually update your sale request information by following these steps:
- Go to Your Account Home Page: Log in and navigate to your Account Home page.
- Scroll to Your Sale Request Information: Find the section dedicated to your sale request.
- View Contacted Companies: Under your Sale Request, select the link showing the total number of companies you contacted.
- Select Your Chosen Company: Scroll to the company you've decided to work with, and select the three dots at the bottom right of their information.
- Confirm the Contract: From the menu, choose "Signed Contract" and then click "Confirm Contract" when prompted.
Option 2: Confirm the Contract from the Company
If the company you selected has sent you a confirmation request:
- Check Your Account Home Page: Look for a notification under your sale request that says, "Signed a contract with [company name]."
- Confirm the Company: Simply click "Yes," and your sale request will automatically close.
