You can upgrade your package directly through your account in two easy ways:
Option 1: From the Account Home Page
- Navigate to your account home page.
- Scroll down to the "My Company Quick Actions" section.
- Click on Change Package/View Packages.
- You'll see a list of available package options. Select the package you'd like to upgrade to, then click Update Package.
- On the next page, you'll see a confirmation of your selection and the cost to upgrade.

NOTE: If you're upgrading mid-cycle, your billing date will reset to the day of the upgrade, and a prorated amount will be displayed.

- After reviewing the details, click Pay Now to confirm and complete the upgrade.
Option 2: From the Navigation Bar
- In the navigation bar, click on Billing.
- Select My Monthly Package.
- This will take you to the same upgrade page, where you can follow the steps to choose your new package.
By following either of these methods, you can easily upgrade your package and enjoy the additional features right away.
