If you have forgotten your password, or you are unsure if you have one, you can reset it by using the link below:
You can also access the Forgot Password page by clicking Sign In at the top of any page on EstateSales.NET, and then clicking Forgot Password?
If you have requested an email to reset your password and you have not received it, or if the link is broken, please contact support at 888-653-8468 or support@EstateSales.NET. If you email our support team, be sure to email in from the address associated with your account.
Changing Password After Logging In
If a user wishes to change their password after logging in, they can follow these steps:
- Log into the account using the existing credentials.
- Click on User on the left side of the screen.
- Click on User Settings.
- Select Update Password.
- Enter the current password, then the new password, and confirm the new password.
- Click on the blue Change Password button to save changes.
Password Reset Tips and Info
- The password reset link is valid for 24 hours only.
- If multiple reset requests are made, only the most recent email link will work.
- If the email does not arrive or the reset link does not work, support can manually reset the password using Super. (We want to avoid doing this).
- Passwords must be at least 8 characters long and can be a previous password the customer used.
- Must include at least one uppercase letter, lowercase letter, and number. (no Special Character needed)
